New Microphone?

Hello my lovelies,

I've been really enjoying my 3Dio- it's everything I'd dreamed it would be and more but I think it's time for another! I have been doing a little research on a new bin-aural microphone to use when I want to spice things up a bit, and now that I've narrowed it down to a few I'd like to hear your thoughts! 

The upgraded 3dio will help me a lot because the one I have right now needs a chord that converts an AUX into an XLR, er whatever... and since I've been using it so much that cord is starting to get a little wonky. I recorded for HOURS yesterday to find out that my cord wasn't in that sweet spot of a position and I lost so much audio :(

I'm sure some of you have seen the dummy head microphone before in ASMR. I've always wanted to mess around on one of these, I could use the whole head to make more interesting sounds and visuals- rather than just the ears- it's pretty pricey but definitely something I'd want to save up for if my patrons want to see some videos done with it. 

The RODE microphones are just overall awesome. They are so highly rated and loved for both ASMR and various vocal recordings. Ever since I decided to use my voice to add to the world of sound I have dreamed of owning this microphone.

The Zoom H4N Pro is a lot like the tascam but I've read it's a little higher quality. I would like a small portable microphone like this to take on hikes with me this spring and pick up some nature sounds- it is also easily attached to a camera which would make POV ASMR easier for me and isn't all that expensive.

Depending on what you are all thinking I might even get more than one microphone! We shall see, I'm very excited to hear your thoughts and I hope you're having a lovely day!
