Adds a member too the Pegasus, Horse, Kirin model and 3 animations with dipping vfx
It works for all races but might have a problem with one or two animations for taller races like Elezen and Highlander. But it works fine for Male Hrothgar and Roegadyn

I have thought about Rathalos but I have no plans on making it for sometime

I might do that when I get back to this mod later on. But depending on the file structure I might need to make it its own mod.
