Patreon sales tax

I'm sure you guys have seen the emails floating around from Patreon about their addition of sales tax to Patron support. 

I realize that supporting me is optional and I don't want to add to your load any more than necessary - SO I've done my best to edit my tiers to spare you, my dear angels, from having to pay anything extra.
