Update: tier migration time

The old tiers have all been unpublished, which will no longer be available to the public but will still allow everyone in them to get their content. THESE WILL BE DELETED ON MAY 31.

The new tiers, Principality and Throne, are now open - so you guys have from now until May 30th to switch over to one of those.

I'll pop in periodically to post reminders, but otherwise I'll see you guys in June. :)
