How to find and capture strong male goblin in goblin cave

I just started playing yesterday and I've come across a bugged main story quest. It's "Visit the Witch" (After returning the crown to the leader of the assassin guild). When I visit the witch she has me make a potion for her, while she cleans her place. It's some kind of regret potion. Even after making the potion and giving it to her, the quest doesn't finish and all she ever says from that point on is that the ingredients are on the desk. This makes it impossible to finish this quest and continue the game.

Didn't like being forced to be dominated by Morgana at all and pretty annoyed we were so pathetic, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume this is for build up for when we finally dominate that bitch. And hopefully we'll eventually be able to dominate her. We better destroy her after she humiliated and dominated us like that. Anna: "I haven't felt like a women in so long." Hmmmmmmmmmm. The scene and relationship she has with Amara makes me very suspicious that she's talking out of her ass. Good update though.
