Dev Log Ep4 Week 16: Let's Get Petty
What up, fluid dynamics enthusiasts. It's ya boy, fresh from the recoiling after-effects of posting my last dev log on Reddit. After a long and very expensive chat with my therapist, she told me, "Who the fuck are you? Get out of my bedroom. I'm not even a therapist. Stop panting and looking at me, you creep." Which, reading between the lines, I think means I need to move on and stop being so concerned about what people say.
So after I integrated a whole tub of cookie dough ice cream into my biological processing factory, I got back to work. The side girl animation received its audio and I managed to wrap that up. I sent it to the biggest gooner I know and Volos (Buff Game) went quiet for about 5 minutes. He was satisfied... So I think we are good.

No, not Mister Maya. That man's always on the golf course these days. I am, of course, talking about Tako Yuh. I was feeling happy about my 158 renders this week, then I learned what he had accomplished, and I realised that despite my best efforts and lack of sleep, I just can't keep up with some of these full-time devs. Shout out to you, Tako. You truly are the G.O.A.T.
I kept things moving in the story this week and moved on to the next scene. I am not near the end of this dev cycle just yet. There is still a good portion of the stills left to do and too many animations for my fragile consciousness to handle. But we are chipping away at it. 1,661 renders in the game as of today and I will push this week to keep that moving forward.
Anyway, that's all I got for now. I need to get back to bed and snuggle up to my unicorn plushie in order to get another productive night in tonight.
