Dev Log Ep4 Week 10: Time to Chill
What up, Mitchs? Time to kick back, run in slow motion, and save some lives whilst looking sexy. Ya boy's got some time off the day job, so it's time to kick things into high gear, get through some dev work, and write a bunch of fan mail to David Hasselhoff until he lifts the restraining order. I got a lot to get through this week, but I'll be ready!
Last Time on Batwatch
Started last week building environments and animating. I completed a transition animation that kicks off Scene 8 and got to building the sets for the scene. I had a lot of customisation to do, bashed some shit together, and did some texture work to avoid various lawsuits. It's not my fault Cyberpunk 2077 has militant paramedics as well. You can only paint so many bleak images of the future before things start to converge.
After building the scenes, I got to work on renders. Completing 120 renders this week was pretty nice since a lot of time had to go into the set design. Really hitting my stride now, so I'm hoping I can bust some milestones over the next few weeks.
What Really Scares Me!
I got three scenes coming up that are animated and involve a lot of environment work as well. Honestly worried about these, but as always, I will crush that shit harder than my teenage hormones crushed on Tiffani Thiessen. No, don't you fear, I'll be ready.
Has Anyone Seen Maya?
My boy ClassyLemon put the Projekt Passion Season 3 page up on Steam this week, so once I'd wishlisted that on all my accounts and worked out how much it would cost me to send a copy to all my friends and family, I came to the realization that I need to get my ass in gear if I ever stand a chance of releasing Season One of Moonlight on Steam with enough of a breather between that and Season Two in order to catch up on the real Guardians of the Galaxy.

Reeks entirely of Big Pharma $$$$ greed. 🙄🙄 Also, that stupid quest where you have to get the high score in that arcade game to get the Trauma Team quest. Talking of the Hoff, I recently learned that KITT only had 125 Mb memory (technically, I think it was described as 1000 Mbits). True story! It seems modern AI still has a long way to go before it catches up with the capabilities of 1980's tech... Oh... and, um, good post. Chill. And... you know... stuff.
