Valmora Pre-Alpha build: coming next friday, August 8th!
After months of development, we're thrilled to announce that Valmora's first pre-alpha build will be available exclusively to our Founders next Friday, August 8th.
What our Founders will experience
The attached video gives you a glimpse of what's included in this milestone release:
Game opening sequence - Your first steps into the world of Valmora
Basic quest foundation - Early implementation of our quest system with initial objectives
Exploration mechanics - Movement and interaction systems are now functional
Explorable village - While the video shows it from a distance, you'll be able to fully explore this inhabited area
Enhanced map system - Significantly more detailed than our previous iterations
First intimate encounter - Complete the initial quest to unlock dialogue with the elf character and experience our Adult Animation Framework in action
This build represents the core systems we've been developing - character movement, basic UI, and the groundwork for the quest structure that will expand throughout development.
Important notes for our Founders
This is a true pre-alpha build, which means you'll likely encounter bugs and unfinished systems. We're sharing this not as a polished experience, but as a way to show you the tangible progress we've made and get your early feedback on the direction we're heading.
The character physics improvements we've made over recent months, combined with the weapon and equipment systems, create a solid foundation we can build upon. You'll notice the difference in map detail and overall polish compared to our earlier development videos, but please expect rough edges as we continue refining everything.
Limited-Time Founder opportunity
This exclusive access is only available to our Founders - a tier that won't be available once we release our first public demo. If you want to be part of Valmora's development journey from the beginning and gain access to builds like this one, now is your chance.
Become a Founder today and join the exclusive community shaping Valmora's future.
Access details for existing Founders will be sent out Friday morning. Thank you for your continued support as we bring Valmora to life.
