BDM Premade Setups - Free and Paid
Instalation For All Profiles
Install BDM normally. The instalation steps are described in the download page.
Install all body parts required for the profile of your choosing. If you already have the listed parts installed, you don't have to download them again.
Donwload the config file and drop it into your BDM folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/BDM).
If you want to customize an specific setting (like role distribution or rarity weights), you can do that by opening the Reviewer, loading your cas_keeper_data.ww and editing the body_parts_config.json.
Did you like more than one profile? Download them all and combine them in the Reviewer! Just remember that the file placed in your BDM folder has to be named body_parts_config.json
And remember: these don't have to be the only parts you have installed. If you want your manually costumized sims to have parts that are not in the BDM settings, you can do that. Just don't expect a part that is not listed in that specific profile to be applied to random sims.

Simdulgence+ Pack
Pretty much like the normal Simdulgence pack, just adding the Enhanced Vanilla Bottoms by Leito86. I think the penises from Leito look kinda ugly but I like how well made those meshes are. Also, Leito adds detailed feet. EachUisge comes in to add some more wimsy: the feline penis is used on Alien sims. It is a great profile for those who love the maxis match look.
Requirements
Noir Occult Pack
Huge variety of penises, vaginas and tongues. The aliens from outher sex pack is only applied to aliens.

For the Women
Most profiles are very centered around penise. This one is all about lady parts. Keep in mind profiles can be combined!
Requirements
Feet are not just for walking
Feet. Just a bunch of feet.
Requirements
Fury bits for everyone
Applies furry parts on all sims. It won't make all NPCs look like furries (face, body, skin etc), it only gives them furry genitalia.
Requirements
SAFMeiko Pack
Collection of the very kinky parts by SAFMeiko. This one was particularly hard to set up, this creator does not like to use conventional names for their parts... I also set the likelihood of famales with penises to 20%.
Requirements
My personal Collection
