Summer Rover Mod

Uhm I suppose it was nearly a month since the latest character mod, which is a shame for me to not release any new mods in this time. I have recently entered the second year of my uni life, so I had to get used to it, the amount of work had been insane…
I’m very very sorry for the hiatus, but now I’m here to present to you my latest work: SUMMER MALE ROVER MOD!!1!!!1
Toggles:
Up/Down Arrow Keys : Toggle Caged/(Un)cut Flaccid/Erected.
Left/Right Arrow Keys : Toggle clothes.
Alt + K : Toggle accessories.
Oh and since it is a summer-themed costumes, the terminal is now a lifebuoy instead of a gourd!

I tried the fix from game banana and it still didn't work.
If you don't want Rover to be affected by key presses in the background, add condition = $roveractive under every [KeyXX] in the var.ini

https://gamebanana.com/questions/98554 One of the comments here lead you to an exe fixer, which worked when I put it in the rover mod file. in 3.1 most of the Rover mods aren't working because rover got a new skeleton.
After updating to patch 3.0, this mod has stopped working. Please fix it or tell me how to resolve the issue.
