So to answer Brian’s question from the Persona 3 part of the video. In the game there is different status effects that enemies can put onto your character and party members through their attacks. The status effect with the hearts is charmed status which basically means that whoever is afflicted by it joins the enemy’s side, there is rotation thing for healing since you can heal anyone or your whole team depending on the healing move that was used.

Context from a Persona nerd at 27:30, the boss's attack had a secondary effect that was a charm affinity. Getting charmed makes that character basically join the enemy side while being affected by that affinity. So all that happened was she was charmed and used her move that would normally fully heal a teammate but obviously it fully healed the boss. But yeah it is definitely a very infuriating situation lol
