Rock the Rim: Development Update #7
Hey Rim Rockers,
We’ve been making steady progress on Episode 2 – Part 1, and everything is coming together just the way we planned.
Unlike Episode 1, which was released as a complete, full-length chapter, Episode 2 will be delivered in multiple parts—with Part 1 being just the beginning. While this first part won’t be as long as a full episode, it sets the tone and narrative groundwork for what’s coming next.
Once all parts of Episode 2 are released, they’ll form a complete chapter—just like Episode 1.
This structure allows us to develop and share content more consistently, while continuing to raise the quality with each release.

Step into the shadows with André, Elizabeth, and Tina as they enter a cave that hides more than silence. This scene comes from a new RPG-inspired sequence—full of tension, mystery, and atmosphere.
Yes, it’s dark, it’s intense… and it’s only the beginning.
⏳ Release Timing
We’re working hard to get Episode 2 – Part 1 ready for release as soon as possible. While releasing it by the end of this month would be a great surprise, the way things are progressing, a July launch seems much more likely.
We’re also preparing for Rock the Rim’s Steam launch during the Summer Sale, a huge step for the project. Based on the feedback we receive from new players, we may take the opportunity to fine-tune Episode 1 a bit more before continuing with new content.
Our focus remains on balancing new material with polish—ensuring that each release delivers a smooth and high-quality experience.

While development continues, we’re putting the finishing touches on artwork and animations—making sure everything feels just right.
This section of the story introduces a different tone, and you’ll notice the shift as soon as André enters the cave. It's more focused, more atmospheric… and it sets the stage for what’s coming next.
