I am publicly accused of copying content😖

OMG this is absurd LOL as someone who follows and paid-subscribes to both of you guys... Yeah you both make cluttered/nostalgic CC but it's literally from different worlds and any similarity is... a hanging bra, really? This person ever been in a teenager's bedroom? Both of you guys are some of my staple cc creators, but Attic's cc is way more "American" and more put together/aestheticized. Which isn't a bad thing, but I cannot see any accusations of ripping off holding any water. I literally use you guys's cc in completely different builds because I always like a bit of clutter in my builds but I make very different things and Attic's stuff will usually go in my "American college student" apartments while your stuff is THE staple for "old rural European house" builds in my game. Different planets, literally. The similarity mostly applies to both of you guys being maxis match-to-mix (modern maxis match? the vanilla stuff's style has changed so much over the years lol) bb creators who clutter up their furniture but... it's a small enough niche and a bread-and-butter enough niche for me that I can name SEVERAL people who are more similar to either of you guys than you are to each other... and even then, that's absolutely not a problem because everyone makes different enough stuff. Yeah you guys are in the same niche but that's what a niche is? I'm confused at this person LOL.

If you can produce a video showing how you created the meshes, the textures, I think that would go a long way to proving your creations aren't the same. Atticwindowatdaw is a newer creator, she's been making CC for maybe over a year? I've talked to her before, very nice and eager to listen and learn. I highly doubt she is personally accusing you. She makes wonderful shabby chic creations that look used and loved, a rare delight in the pristine beige world of CC. Us fans are rabid pitbulls when we find a creator we like, I see such fans below. I think it is reasonable that 2 creators would be inspired by a similar photo and may make 2 things that look alike. I discovered recently I had 6 different Ice Machines made by 6 different creators, and most looked identical to each other.

sorry, i don't have a dog in this fight but i just wanted to let you know, never heard of the other attic person till you made this post, so i went to their page, clicked on the "most popular posts" and it's right there. "apricity" same bra board and everything. you guys even use similar colors with your fonts, yellow retro fonts, both of you make semi-retro cc in the first place. i don't know, make what you will of it. in 2018 some no body posted in my comments that i made something similar shirts to a person who doesn't even make cc anymore and i said, oh yeah? screw you, lol. people will make hay if you let them. thousands of pieces of cc out there, we are all bound to be similar, ya know? whether you were inspired by the same thing or even each other, it really doesn't matter because every creator has their own dedicated fanbase and followers. there are quite a few creators that make almost identical cc, i just pick the one i like best, the person i enjoy more, and go from there..i personally look at the person themselves over their cc, if they're nice or assholes, how they treat their fan base and followers etc..people will have their own reasons for picking who they follow. and you have to just trust that the ones who know you best, will know your heart, if not your heart, then they will know your track record and trust their gut. am i making sense here? lol

I follow both you and atticwindowatdawn, because you both create content with the lived-in aesthetic that I really love for my game. I get everything you both offer, and I can't say I ever thought that "Hm, ok, these things are suspiciously similar." You're both amazing creators, and both offer CC with a look we don't see that much of. And most importantly, you both have your own style and make different items. I hope you keep making exactly what you love to make, and that you don't let offhand, uninformed comments like the one from that user get you down. Keep creating, and do exactly what you want.

I love awad but your styles are different. you both choose to do very messy and cluttered feeling cc, but they do a lot more decorative objects and you give a lot more detailed textures. even if you did have a more similar style, that's not stealing. this person is either trolling or like 13. try not to let it ruin your day

1. If "vibes" were limited then those of us that like specific ones would be very limited. 2. I looked through their stuff. While I do like it its not the same as the CC here. 3. Threatening someone to do what you want is blackmail and highly unoriginal of Jamie. Maybe they should be the one to work on coming up with an original idea instead of embarrassing others with their actions.

You deserve better than this. Your love of the world fuels your work, and it makes my Sims' world more lively! You and Atticwindow are distinct, but you guys have similar care and attention to detail, which if anything makes your CC work well together, and I think that's beautiful. since when are messy rooms and used looking items only allowed to be made by one creator? those are real life objects that countless cc creators have made, including you and atticwindowatdawn, neither of you copied anyone. you're making generic real life objects, there's not really a way to copy that.
