Willow Creek building, part 2 | central district, 2 lots |

Two lots for the central street of Willow Creek. Lots are connected by streets, a long alley along all buildings

the first lot is residential with a small business - a coffee trailer:

residential apartments are made like an apartment building, a little abandoned, as I like :)
you can imagine how your sim has invested all the money in their first coffee shop, so they live in a cheap apartment

The coffee trailer has a kitchen, so you can do baking too :) with a coffee machine, seats for visitors to relax, and functions as a business

the second lot is a sports complex: gym, yoga, massage

it can work as a business, gym or spa center
