The ordinary ego lives in the illusion that it is a "fragment separated from the rest of the universe" (me versus the world).
When the ego dissolves, the boundary between the inner and outer world disappears.
One experiences firsthand that they are not this small body or mind, but that they are Consciousness itself, in which the entire universe takes place.

The ego is like a mask that the soul put on to play the game of earthly life.
The mask consists of fears, social roles, patterns, traumas, etc.
Ordinarily, we are fully absorbed by thoughts ("I am afraid," "This annoys me").
We are an actor directly on the stage.

This field gently helps to take off the heavy armor of the ego, experience the liberating state of Pure Being, and return to everyday life with greater lightness, perspective, and peace.
