πŸ“ 1% Better Everyday, Delayed Gratification and Life Is A Game

Hey

This week, we have 3 main YouTube video topics that build on each other while complementing this week's field β€” 1% better everyday.

This week's theme is growth in general, across all levels, and the mindset it requires.

It is mid-September, and we have a little over 3 months left until the end of the year.
As you know, I always advise everyone to focus on all aspects of life that we can control.
The individual parts of the "game" intertwine.
Just as negative growth gradually compounds, the small positive steps and habits we practice every day recharge one another, boost our self-perception and self-worth, and make staying on the right path toward growth easier with every passing day.

It's like getting a train moving.
When you start out, there are a lot of new things you need to begin doing.
Results aren't very visible or are minimal.
Staying consistent is hard and takes a lot of effort.
But gradually, you start to discover that everything gets easier with each passing day.
That you've set some "daily micro-goals" to focus on, and slowly everything succeeds more and more effortlessly.

Small changes also start to show.
You gradually notice that your "mindset" is shifting β€” your perception of yourself and the things around you.
Synchronicities and new opportunities present themselves more and more (if you are paying attention).
It's as if the game wants you to win; it just needs to see that you're truly serious and willing to earn that change and growth.
Willing to put in the extra work - extra work to essentially change who you are.

I actually come from two completely contradictory worlds.
For half my life, I've been interested in spiritual topics, manifestation, working with the mind, and the "magic" that can be discovered in the game.
At the same time, I do sports, train top athletes, care about the body, nutrition, health, and the things associated grind, hustle, and hard work.

These polarities don't actually go against each other.
They complement one another.

Understanding how our "game" works is one part; doing your utmost in physical "3D" reality according to the rules of the game is the other.

Imagine doing everything to the fullest every single day.

You wake up in the morning, and instead of picking up your phone, you meditate, put on an eye mask, turn on your fields, and visualize your goals.
Then you have a healthy breakfast and go work out.
Throughout the day, you watch what you eat, make an effort to spend time outdoors in nature, and stay in the sun.
You find time for friends, family, and the joy of experiencing every day.
You try to see things positively.
You try to change your life and do work that truly fulfills you and that you enjoy.
And most importantly β€” you have a clear goal you are going after, and every day you take steps that bring you closer to it.

And how about feeling good because you have a good diet, good sleep, and workout habits? Having plenty of energy and motivation to make changes? Being pleased with every small success and eager to conquer the next one?

Because you understand that change doesn't happen overnight.
You are willing to wait for it.
You are willing to work on yourself every day, even with the vision that the reward might come months or years down the line.

Because you know that it's just a game.
And you want to play it as best as you can.

And the fact that morphic fields help you along the way is just a bonus.
Because true change comes from within you, and you know that everything you want, you will eventually achieve.
