Mikey do you have a FAQ somewhere for your animations? If not let me ask : Do you use a different program for the lip sync layer or do you do this manually before animating?

I make a reference for lipsyncing first by hand-animating basic shapes in AfterEffects. They're then exported as a movie file and imported to Photoshop.
