fisherman be gone override (in brindleton bay)

I know. The fisherman seen throughout the Whiskerman's Wharf neighborhood of Brindleton Bay is not just a statue, he's an icon.

However, if you're like me you’ve tried to 'Add to Household' one too many times and now you’re emotionally compromised... I had to get rid of him. And I must say, it's much cuter now.

This is an override that removes the fisherman statue in Brindleton Bay.
