Vector Displacement to Mesh tutorial

For what I know, there's no info or tutorial on this technique. I was always obsessed to be able to go from vector displacement to mesh in Blender. I failed some attempts, but today after a bit of work I found a way to do it. Here I'm sharing it with the community.
