Clarification about the last post & what’s changing

I wanted to take a moment to clarify a few things about the last Patreon post, and how things will work from now on.
💬 About the lastest post
First of all, the previous post should have been public from the start.
It was a mistake on my part to publish it as a private post, which made things unnecessarily confusing. (I wanted to share the coupon, but I should have sent it through DM instead.)
On top of that, the post was automatically marked by Patreon as "for sale", which obviously wasn't supposed to happen either 😅
I truly apologize for the confusion, I should have handled that more carefully.
Everything should be now fixed, and those who were affected have been compensated. (Check your DMs and your email)
If you believe you haven't been compensated while you should have been, feel free to DM me. (I'm gonna double check it right now)

💬 About Tier Change
The Patreon tier has now been updated to reflect the correct benefits :

I had forgotten to update this when I started working on more serious projects than the small phone games.
I should have made everything clearer earlier before, my apologies for the confusion.
💬 About Future Releases
From now on, final versions of games won't be available directly on Patreon anymore, as stated in the tier description.
They'll be released on Steam and Itch.io, platforms that are better suited for handling updates, reviews and broader distribution.
Whenever possible, I'll continue to provide special discount coupons on Itch.io for all patrons as a thank-you for your support.
(Steam unfortunately doesn't allow individual coupons or Patreon-linked discounts)

I'm annoyed that the free coupon was limited to 2 days. I don't check this every 2 days so I'm pretty disappointed.
Just remember that games like this can't be bought on Steam in countries like Germany and maybe the UK because there is no age verification. Itch works fine, but this all can change.
Hi, to be fair, i'm pretty feeling having been lied to. I think you should have announced these changes at least one month ago, or after the release the last wip version so some people can react. I was being okay with paying more than the price of the game to helping it coming to fruition ( subbed since september 2024 ). I understand that you need to earn some money, and i'm fine with it, but it does feel bad. I have cancelled my sub for the next month and will try your futures games if i believe they are worth it. I hope you will keep doing a good job and perhaps have a better communication from now on.
