See I was trying to get a route with Milana and Galina competing with Anna on the side. Galina getting brand new voice lines was a surprise and it's growing on me. Honestly, I think Milana is my favorite of the girls. She has a sweet side that comes through sometimes despite being the clear bitch character. I don't usually like girls like that in VNs but for some reason she grew on me. Her speaking English was really cute, and she grows more affectionate over time, with something that feels like a business contract evolving into a true relationship. It's like you're peeling back a facade and seeing Belinda Baker again, a part of her she doesn't like to show others. I find the concept of her icy appearance contrasting her old appearance of having fiery hair and green eyes symbolically unique, with her new life causing her to become cold and closed off. I kind of wonder if you could make a route where she decides to embrace her old name and look in private when she's with you, or you can choose to keep calling her Milana, like what you're allowed to do with Leanne from Fattening Career.
