Urashiki weapon

i would say let it be able to have two aspects to it, to it be able to have a set chance to steal chakra from the opponent(if it can be changed that would be decided by config on how much and the chance of it) it can go through defensive jutsus like susanoo or armors like the crystal one but not ones like the revolving heavens of the byakugan or very outwarts defensive jutsu like that if i get understood. about the jutsu copying i said only releases can get copied not kekkei genkai like mangekyo,byakugan,rinnegan.... as for the copying i say let it be of the pouch itself and let it have an on/off aspect of it that the first release attack (either fire,water,yin,yang...)the user gets hit by or the first attack that the rod can block is copied by the pouch and has to be used in order to use the copy aspect again.

Great!🔥

It works like a normal fishing hook but if you hit a player it steals their chakra and the pouch could be for storage or instead of just getting their chakra you instead gain a small pill that gives chakra when eaten and of course the other player will also lose chakra
