Mediterranean Luxury Villa | The Sims 4 Speed Build | Tartosa, Rifugio Dei Pirati
A warm Mediterranean-inspired luxury villa built with earthy tones, natural materials and a soft coastal atmosphere 🌿☀️
I really wanted this home to feel elegant without being too massive or overly modern — more calm, cozy and lived-in in that quiet luxury kind of way. The entire build is filled with warm neutrals, dark wood accents, stone textures and open spaces that let everything feel light and relaxed.
I also focused a lot on the outdoor areas because I wanted the house to blend naturally with the landscape and have that peaceful summer feeling. This ended up being one of my favorite builds I’ve made recently 🤍 I hope you enjoy this build as much as I loved creating it! 💛

Hello! The tray.zip archive contains links instead of files. Can you pls provide correct files for Tray?
Hi! I just checked the files on my end and everything seems to be working correctly. The Tray.zip archive contains the Tray files, while the Google Drive link is for the CC. Could you let me know what you mean by "contains links instead of files"? If possible, could you also send me a screenshot of what you see after extracting the ZIP? That way I can help you figure out what's going on.
