Nordhaven Fisher's Horizon #NOCC

❤Important: this lot is available in two versions

• with a fully renovated bakery

• with a run-down bakery (abandoned, ready for renovation)

❤Once, this place was a favorite spot for both locals and travelers. The smell of fresh bread mixed with the salty sea air, and the windows were always glowing with light. Over time, Nordhaven changed: some spaces found new life, while others are waiting for a new owner ready to bring warmth back again.

Today, “Fisherman’s Shelter” is a multifunctional lot where living spaces, creativity, and business come together under one roof. You decide whether the old bakery becomes the cozy heart of the neighborhood or remains abandoned, preserving traces of the past.

On the lot:

• two apartments

• bakery (renovated and abandoned versions)

• tattoo studio

• massage room

• pottery workshop

• beauty salon

• office

• art studio
