Sulani - Sapphire Shores - new version #NOCC

❤ House, bar, souvenirs for sale

Recently, a subscriber wrote to me asking for help. She liked the lot I built in Sulani, and she wanted to open a small business there — a bar and a souvenir stand. She asked me to slightly remodel the lot: keep the small house that needs repairs, move the laundry and washbasin area, and set up the business on the other half of the beach. I immediately liked the idea and gladly took on the remodel.

Now on the lot:

• A house in need of repair

• An open bar

• A souvenir stand

• A place to relax, sunbathe, and dance under the stars

It turned out to be a cozy and lively place for those who want to enjoy the island and develop their small business right by the ocean.
