Sapphire Shores #NOCC

❤ Sunny islands await! Two lots for your tropical stories.

Sulani Vacation Homes: These homes once belonged to a family who would come here for the winter. Over the years, the family's visits became less frequent, and the homes began to deteriorate. Now they are rented out to tourists. One home is renovated and ready for occupancy, while the other needs some work and is rented out for less. The lot has everything you need for a great vacation: a BBQ area, a shared laundry area, boats for fishing, and incredible views of the Sulani countryside. Perfect for freelancers starting a new life on the islands! Or maybe your Sims would like to buy and renovate this piece of paradise?
