Weekly report for MonGirl Conquest v1.0.1

Hello! MonGirl Conquest’s v1.0 Master wave is up for grabs! Don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t already.

Artists are working on their assigned new scenes. No previews for these just yet, but I have something else for you. Since Yoshi had to wait so long for her own scene, we decided to make something special for her and all the foxes who played a part in other games too. Behold! Disclaimer: I won’t accept responsibility for your sugar levels after watching it.

Cordelia’s scene is ready for the future rollout, minus the graphical part, as usual. Everything else is ready, and her scene will get a preview once the corresponding artist finishes with the animation. Stay tuned for previews! The rest of the time was dedicated to the puzzle that the original author wanted me to do for Cordelia’s quest. This time, both Cordelia and Kallista will join you to solve it, so I needed to invent a crutch in logic for some dynamic checks. It was a pain in the rear, but I’m almost done with the concept. After that, it will be a straightforward task of adding more elements to the puzzle and the narrative part + Cordelia’s scene connection. If all goes well, everything should be ready before the next weekly report.

Aside from this, the main artist started sketching out a new teaser video that will replace the old one on Steam and other distribution platforms as we approach the big release date. No details on that just yet, but we want to make it a bit flashier than the existing one. Maybe that will help with the popularity :P
