Commissar-Chan looking amazing with her new look! While I like Red best, blue makes the most sense since Cyberstan's a cold place.
Also, could it be that Commissar-Chan was a cyborg all along?
As Greenleader pointed out I like the contrast between the blue background and the red glowing eyes. However the red background puts more detail on the whole picture. I do prefer the red Version.
I like the blue one better, makes their eyes stand out more. Hatred of the invading enemy is the most sacred and humane feeling. But it is born with such a pain of heart and torment of the soul that God forbid anyone to experience it a second time.

I feel like number 1 fits it more because of the recent update most of the maps have a blueish tone if you know what I mean.
