Dev Update V for 0.6

Hello everyone,

I’m excited to share another update on the progress of version 0.6 of Blossoming Journey! This week, I added an impressive 22,000 new words, bringing the total word count for 0.6 to a staggering 127,000 words. Even more exciting, this milestone has pushed the overall story past 400,000 words—a huge achievement for the game’s journey so far!

Here’s what’s been accomplished this week:

• New Content: The draft of all the new week’s events has been completed!

• Character Events: Marcus, Charlotte, and Alex now have events scattered across the first eight weeks of the game, with two more weeks to flesh out.

• Random Events: I added 10 brand-new park and beach random events to add variety and life to the world.

I’ve also started the early stages of editing—working on color-coding text and adding visuals to bring scenes to life.

Even with some challenges this week, including two days spent at hospital corridors, I’m happy with how much progress has been made. I still don’t have a release date to share just yet, but I’m definitely starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
