Season of Foxfire content poll (Re-post)

Re-posting this cause I realised I missed out some pretty important details that I kinda assumed people would know, but then after someone asked me I realised that there's probably a number of players that might have the same question but didn't want to ask.

So as mentioned, this will mostly be a poll on how we distribute the game! So generally speaking, there's like 3 ways to do it, with varying levels of "difficulty". I'll be kinda going through and explaining the options and we'll see what does the general folks think and we'll decide from there yeah!

So option 1 would be to do it like Steam (kinda) and have a "patch" for the game to add in the extra characters. This would be mostly annoying for me, but the concern that I mainly have is that some players might have difficulty patching the game, cause nowadays everything is just a "click and wait", so there might be some issues. And judging by how I get some people asking me why the game isn't saving and then me realising that they've been playing the game inside the zip file without extracting it, this is a very real possibility.

What I should have mentioned as well is that the patch will be in Discord as well, cause I can't post the patch here, which I kinda just assumed was implied but that's on me. So you will need to connect to the discord to get the patch as well.

Option 2 would be a bit of a mid-ground, we'll have the game distributed on discord, and the rest will be just like normal, no patch or anything needed, just download and play. The downside is that y'all would need to link Discord to Patreon to get the role to access the files, which is like a one button thing, but some players might find it a bit troublesome.

There is also an option 3 that I neglected to include as well, which is the "I'm fine with either option" option, like both works for y'all and you don't really mind one way or the other. Apologies for that, discussion are important, yes yes haha.
