My book is out everywhere today!

Can you believe it?!? What a crazy milestone. Kinda surreal. I would be remiss not to take a moment to thank every single one of you for being here, reading my work, sharing my comics with your friends.

(Slide 4) This was me in 2022 when I first started posting comics, cheesin on camera. I was living in the upstairs bedroom at my parents' house, doing all my work on a plastic foldable table I was using for a desk, these little sketchbooks I bought at walmart for $6, and a used laptop I bought on facebook marketplace for like $175. I had no idea how to make a full-time thing of drawing cartoons, but I just kept drawing and somewhere along the way it started clicking. I still use the same exact sketchbooks, and I'm still cheesin for the camera!

I hope you'll get yourself a copy of the book. I might be partially biased, but it's gorgeous. My publisher Andrews McMeel really printed my art into something special. I hope you'll read it for many years. Thank you so much again.

Oh, and before I forget: my book tour starts today! I scheduled this post to go live while I'm in the air in route to New York City, where my signing event on 10/8 has just sold out tickets. 150 people in one bookstore for me!? If you live in any of the other cities listed on slide 5, come see me, and secure yourself some tickets before they're all gone!

Cheers to you guys - I just love ya!!
