“A New Color” Sneak Preview

Hello gorgeous. Im currently toiling away at the longest comic of the modern beetle era, total of 17 pages, titled A New Color. I’ve finished the ink drawings for the entire story, and now I’m going to be working on adding color. The color part of my process is usually the longest, but not the hardest, because it’s the section I enjoy the most.

I absolutely love this story. As always, it’s an ambitious concept and I’m trying to really challenge myself. It’s also got a good amount of dialogue, so I really got to have fun on the writing side of things. It’s funny, and weird, kinda creepy, and I think it’s got that little extra je ne sais quoi. All the stuff I like to fit into my comics.
