You voted for it - and here it is! This pack brings 25 brand new and improved open top cars to Forza Horizon 5.

If you love cruising the open road with the wind in your hair, this is the pack for you! As a thank you becoming a member of my Patreon, you can download the 2011 Koenigsegg Agera below to get a taste for what's included in the full pack!

What's more, the Agera comes with all of the improvements you'll find in my Better Car Liveries mod in the way of permanent stripes which won't be removed when changing the car's colour.

A quick overview of what's included:

• Cars with roofs that only open in Forzavista have been enabled in free roam

• Cars with roofs that can't normally be opened at all have been enabled in free roam

• Cars that already had working roofs have had their side windows removed for more openness!

Install instructions

For Microsoft Store versions:

• Make sure your game is installed to the XboxGames folder and not to the default location of Microsoft Store apps (if you're not sure how to do this, check out this handy YouTube video by AidanBenny)

• Navigate to XboxGames\Forza Horizon 5\Content\media\cars

• THIS STEP IS REALLY IMPORTANT! Back up "KOE_Agera_11.zip" somewhere else on your PC in case you wish to restore the original car

• Once you've backed up the original file somewhere else, replace it with the file included in this post

For Steam versions:

• Find the game in your Steam library, right click on it, and choose Manage>Browse local files

• Navigate to media\Cars

• Follow the rest of the steps above for the Microsoft Store version, making sure to back up the original file somewhere else

Some car models have their side windows connected to the quarter windows. As you can't wind down the quarter windows in most cars in real life, this means I have to manually hide each little triangular face which makes up the side window to keep things accurate.

This particular window is made up of nearly 300 individual faces, and each car model usually uses two side windows for the exterior and two for the interior; this means that in reality there's around 1,200 faces in total for the side windows of this car - most of which need to be hidden one by one!

For the 2021 Bentley Continental GT Convertible included in the full pack, this part of the process took nearly two hours alone!
