What an amazing couple of videos you made. Btw Gravity Falls doesn’t end with the show and shorts. There books that are worth reading. “Dipper and Mable’s guide to fun”, “Dipper and Mable and the lost treasure of the time pirates” (choose your own adventure book), Gravity Falls: Lost Legends (a graphic novel with a prequel story and extra story right after Weirdmaggedon), “Journal 3”, “the Book of Bill” and finally the “official art book” is coming out by the end of Summer. So each book has codes and a new mystery to solve. If you read them or investigate them in that order you will have quite a ton of content to make a video or 2 about it. I honestly only seen only one person who did a reaction to bother with the books. Most people honestly skip the shorts and codes which is pretty disappointing.

loved this video!! tbh i was impressed with how much you put together!! i feel like you would’ve gotten it if you would’ve seen a couple of the smaller hints about ford or remembered the soos secret twin theory and connected it to stan lolol. alsooo when you read through the wiki you should def read about the cipher hunt! after gravity falls ended, there was a real-life worldwide ARG/scavenger hunt that the show creator alex hirsch put together which required fans from different countries to find different hidden messages/puzzles which would lead to the location of the real bill statue shown in the after credits of the finale!! it’s was so fun to experience in real time. keyan carlile also has a great video (basically a professional documentary) recapping it with alex hirsch if you wanna watch! there is a lot of footage bc fans would livestream themselves hunting for the clues.

also the end credits show a real Bill statue. i remember the insanity that was the fandom after people tried to find where the real life statue was hidden and the theories that it spawned

this has been one of my favorite shows of all time since i was like 12 so i’m glad you loved it just as much. i would definitely recommend buying the journal, as long as the Book of Bill, which came out last year i believe. you get some really cool lore and artwork in those books

ooh i should also mention that on disney plus there is a collection of gravity falls shorts that take place between season 1 and 2! i think all together its the length of 1 episode something, and it's just something cute and goofy to watch if you want a little bit more gravity falls !! they're all silly and fun, and i recommend if you're missing the show !

AHHHH, so emotional. it all comes to a close!! these two vids were amazing, it was like rewatching the show all over again as a kid and trying to figure out the mysteries. if it makes you feel any better, when i was young i thought the author was dipper somehow. i was a stupid little child. also omg the end??? now i gotta look for the hidden clues in your video bc what in the world

10/10 knew you would love this show, it really is one of those rare shows that check all the right boxes in a genuine way P.s. in your own time you should look into the worldwide scavenger hunt the creators put on after the show ended, just such a cool idea to have fun with a mystery solving fandom

The videos have been so nostalgic for me, they brought me right back to when this show was airing over 10 years ago and the fandom was coming up with a lot of very similar theories! I remember being so sure that Stan and the author - who most people suspected was his twin brother - had swapped bodies using the carpet in the secret room... There were also theories that Bill had possessing either Stan or the author so they used the carpet to switch his body with a clone from the photocopier and then destroyed that clone with water haha, that one was a bit further off

I’ve seen people talk before about how one of the hallmarks of a great mystery is that even the theories that end up being wrong or plot points that become red herrings are all plausible and believable as explanations, and I think that’s what’s so great about Gravity Falls. The clone Stan, clone Carla, and Soos/Deuce/Carla theories were all wrong but they all would have been so cool to see and the plot could have worked with any of them, and I found myself going “man he’s wrong but that would have been so cool to see” several times throughout both of your GF videos

really loves this reaction, and the way you tried to solve the mystery, def if you wanna watch some shows similar to this, i would recommend amphibia and the owl house, apparently this 3 shows are set in the same world, or at least same universe, and im sure other people might agree that these 2 are great shows that u may also like if you enjoyed gravity falls, anyways, great video!!
