I don't mean to sound toxic; this is just my opinion. I apologize if it came across differently. Honestly, what's happening with Anna and Julia is turning into some kind of children's cartoon about villains. I understand that this might be the author's vision, but turning Julia into something like that is simply absurd. In my opinion, it would have been much better to leave her simply as a person with her own goals and desires. There were similar moments with Sierra, but they weren't as critical, in my opinion. Maybe I'm being picky, but in the most serious moments possible for this genre of games, I want the characters to remain serious, not devolve into something cringy, like a bad anime (this includes the whole situation with Julia). And, in my opinion, Sierra started to look creepy, at least in the final scene with Alex, when she smiled. Anna's behavior, which I've been repulsed by lately, is now justified by Julia's influence. Like, it's not Anna who's so stupid and a slut (like the NTR route, where she cheats behind Alex's back and doesn't regret it, although she later says she doesābut that's just another inconsistency), it's Julia's influence. Regarding the latest update, I have a big gripe with the conversation between Anna and Julia, specifically the part about Halloween. Anna literally babbled on, saying ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. And suddenly, this story about some wild party where she met Alex, without any details, without describing the events that took place, suddenly aroused Julia. It would be logical for Julia to be displeased, because Anna said literally nothing. And how did this conversation start? With Julia's question about the first time Anna saw a naked girl. And CORRECTLY ā she didn't say a word about that either, just that it happened at a party. ššš (I understand this was done to avoid spoiling what happens in "The Night We Met," but it just felt unnatural. They could have at least said something to make it less weird.) Overall, I'm disappointed with the latest update. From an 18+ game focusing on the NTS-NTR genre, it all turned into the fantasy of a 14-year-old schoolboy. Perhaps the author was trying to stand out from the other games in this genre, which have gained significant popularity over the past year or two, but for me, it was a huge disappointment. Yes, there are plenty of games in this genre, but few are high-quality, and, in my opinion, it would have been much better to make the game more "ordinary" ā about ordinary people, their desires and problems, their relationships, etc., rather than turning everything into some kind of cartoon. The speed at which the author releases updates is unmatched by any developer I follow. Yes, there are bugs and typos, but that's inevitable. The game had great potential, and perhaps still has, but for me personally, this update has ruined the game, and I don't know what can be done to fix it (speaking solely for myself). I'd also like to suggest an improvement to the NTS route. When Anna wants to do something with someone else (like Michele), we could be given the choice to allow it or not. And if we constantly refuse, it could develop into an NTR on Anna's part. Of course, this would add work and branch the plot a bit, but not as much (in my opinion), and it would still add a significant amount of variety to the game. In conclusion, I want to say that I have no ill will towards the author or his project. I just wanted to give an honest review. As Omega Games wrote, "I'd rather have one negative, critical review than 100 empty, praiseworthy ones" (I'm not sure that's exactly right, but the gist is the same). As I've already written, the author releases updates in record time and at a fairly high quality, for which he deserves special respect. However, I was very dissatisfied with the author's storyline and his vision for the game. This is my personal opinion, which I don't impose on anyone. My native language is not English, and I may have expressed my thoughts differently than I intended. I apologize in advance.
Hi Andrey, and thank you for the detailed feedback you shared with me :) Regardless of the different visions we may have for my gameās storyline, I want to reply to your message and thank you for the respectful and mature tone you used. Iāve wanted to make Giulia a different kind of character compared to the others for a long time, and I believe itās a way to make my gameās story even more unique. Iām fully aware this choice is polarizing: some people love it and others hate it, thereās no middle ground for this kind of narrative development. Additionally, this change allows me to both surprise the reader and create unique scenes in the future. As for Sierra, thereās nothing in common between her situation and Giuliaās. Sierraās worldview is shaped by mental disorders and inner conflicts that donāt actually alter the external world but only her inner reality and the way she perceives the world around her. This is part of Sierraās story, and it will become even more prominent in the upcoming chapters. Annaās behavior is in no way influenced by Giulia. Even during the fourth-wall-breaking moment, Giulia states that her powers are extremely limited, and although she left little messages in the game code for the curious ones, she never interfered with Annaās desires. I believe youāre referring to the āMonogamyā Route. That route shows several signs of Annaās cheating right from the beginning. It triggers when the MC tries to ask for a monogamous relationship but doesnāt have enough Lust points with Anna to do so. Annaās choices in this chapterājust like in the previous ones, are determined solely by your decisions as players. The conversation between Anna and Giulia in Giuliaās room felt very natural to me, but I accept your opinion. And yes, the dialogue doesnāt spoil much because youāll experience the story it refers to in the next update. If you consider Giuliaās story, or especially Sierraās, to be too cartoonish, then my game might not be for you. I know very well that most of my audience is passionate about NTR/NTS, but the core of my game has always been to offer an interactive story whose outcome changes based on the playersā choices. I chose this cartoonish style because itās the best way to represent the story I want to tell, and even though some elements are anime-styled, the emotional themes are extremely mature, especially Sierraās arc. A flying plush doesnāt make it any less mature; by now it should be clear what actually matters. The NTS/NTR/Harem/Cuckqueen/Cuckold/Faithfulness Routes remain available, and none of them will be manipulated by Giulia. I also want to thank you for the compliment regarding the release speed of the updates. I made it clear from the beginning that more support from my fans would mean more work hours dedicated to this AVN, and thatās what Iām trying to deliver (right now weāre at 200 completed sprites for the next chapter). Thank you as well for your suggestion, Iāll definitely keep it in mind for the next AVN Iām preparing behind the scenes. And I truly appreciate that you shared your thoughts honestly and constructively :) That said, if you prefer stories with more grounded elements, I really recommend the episode The Night We Met that Iām working on, since it will have many routes, many endings, and no unusual elements like in this latest chapter.
