New Director + Content
Hey everyone, Devian here
First of all, thank you to everyone who has continued to support us, especially through the silence and uncertainty around the project. I know patience only goes so far, and I don’t take your patience for granted. I wanted to give everyone a proper update for a long time, and today I am happy to announce that the project is moving again.
One of my biggest issues over the past year has been that I was not able to get the ball rolling on my own. I can handle the development side, the systems, the tools, and putting the work together, but management has never been my strongest suit. Without someone properly steering the production side, things stalled for much longer than they should have.
As of today, that is no longer an issue moving forward. We have a new director, Taki!
Taki will take over from where Plushii left off and help us move forward again. He’ll be handling the organisation, coordination, and production side of things so that I can focus on what I do best. We’ll also be working with new artists to add new characters to the existing system. My goal is not to change what people supported but to finally start expanding it properly. All of us here want to provide the best experience we can, and the absence of a bad experience is not the same thing as a good one. No updates, no progress, and worse of all, no communication is not good enough, and I don’t want to repeat that.
Taki will shortly be making a follow-up post to introduce himself, one of our new artists, and the new character for which we have already completed concept art. I genuinely think the artists we’re working with are practically in a league of their own, and I’m incredibly excited for you to see what they’ve been making. These new additions have the potential to be something really special, and I think they’re going to be legends in their own right.
Most importantly, thank you. It is only because of everyone who stuck around, supported us, and continued contributing that we can have another shot at this. That support has allowed us to rebuild, bring in new people, and start moving again properly. This has been the first truly independent project we have built together, and we aim to make sure it succeeds. We plan to do this with actions, not words.
