PSA: Differences between demo and release
Hello everyone!
This breakdown will cover the differences in content for the free demo, the release, and early access. The main difference is the amount of voice lines, with the smaller differences being the features that trigger them.
Breakdown
The demo version contains approximately one-third of the release version's content, which we categorised using our dialogue pooling system. Available dialogue pools are swapped when the character's clothing state is swapped.
Free Version: 157 Lines
Greetings: 47 Lines
Clothed Dialogue: 110 Lines
Release/Early Access: 318 Lines + All of the Above
Clothing Change: 40 Lines
Half Clothed: 107 Lines
Bottomless: 32 Lines
Topless 31 Lines
Naked: 108 Lines
Approximately 475 lines of dialogue will be in the "Release" version. Accounting for both our voice actor and actress, the number of spoken lines is doubled to 950. Equally, the ability to prompt the character to take off or put back on clothing is also enabled, as well as some "other" sprite options.
"Early Access" supporters also receive a build of the game with each group of lines as we finish recording and implementing them. We compensate our voice actors for every line, and it's primarily thanks to their contributions that we've been able to facilitate so much spoken dialogue.
A Means to an End
Currently, only 10% of our members receive compensation. We truly appreciate everyone who supports us, whether or not they can contribute financially. However, monetary backing remains essential to sustain our operations and ensure our team can dedicate the time and effort required. By compensating them, we help secure their financial stability so they can continue producing quality work.
We hope our extra content will inspire you to support us and make these efforts possible. For those who can’t contribute financially, we completely understand. Even so, sharing our work is a tremendous help. The more people who discover what we do, the more people get to enjoy it—and that’s our ultimate goal.
Again, we'd like to thank everyone for being here with us, and we hope this helps clarify what to expect from us!
