Looks like wind but it's extremely bad set up (my bad), however this gave us proof that it can be done in CAZ.

I asked the devs if it's possible to enable it during gameplay.

Update: I got an answer from the devs, it's not supported currently even though it's possible in CAZ the physics doesn't applied to the clothes in-game.
