Slime 4x24 (SEASON FINALE NOOOOO)

Man im super late @TKOhhh I finally started reading Overgeared after watching the 1st episode so I have become a hermit I have a lot of catching up to do but glad to be back I have caught up on the Manga and now im starting to read the LN.

I watched so much Undertale animations, that when shizu parted from them and they talked about souls and hinata said something that remined me sooo much of undertale fan animations. And I don't know why. but granvill's voice in the end also reminded me of Undertale

(IM NOT ENTIRELY SURE IF THIS IS A SPOILER OR NOT SO PLEASE KEEEP THAT IN MIND, I will understand if you guys delete my comment lol) Um I believe pretty much all the world building has been finished and the next cour's well I'm gonna say none of the slime fans who know only the anime and manga are ready for what's coming next. like this ep 24 or season 4 was basically endgame of slime and now we are gonna get like doomsday lvl cour's lol.

Maaan... Slime seasons always fly by so fast. Even season 3 which was at times a snore fest was over soooo quickly... I'd really like for Umamusume: Cinderella Grey to be in the voting for new shows, but looking at other recommendations, it seems Isekai are the go to shows :D

I would highly recommend a wild last boss appeared, it's a newer show currently airing season 2 ( season 1 was 12 episodes) its really quality story and animation I think you would both love it!!

If you want a long running good show 'My Hero Academia' is eight (8) seasons long. If you want a classic but good show 'YuYuHakusho'. If you want a show that is still coming out that Karlii would like 'Exiled Heavy Knight'. All of these I would love to see the two of you react to.

Have y'all thought about 'Secrets of the Silent Witch' as a potential series? Unsure if it's been mentioned before so apologies if it has.

The ED song with lyrics it's so nice. You guys should check.

So a Manus, a entity with its own personality made entirely of information that can even have skills despite not having a physical body. Apart from that final aspect it sounds exactly like Raphael. So maybe we'll see Raphael evolve into one at some point too (novel readers don't confirm or deny my theory, Im not that far in the books yet). Like Raphael clearly has waaaaay more agency than a skill should, she doesn't have her own skills separate from Rimuru but she has her own thoughts, takes initiative on her own, can switch places with Rimuru when given permission like Chloe/Chronoa can now, she's about as close to a person made entirely of information as you can get without formally getting that title. Im not sure what the catalyst that separates Raphael from Chronoa is that makes one a Manus and the other not though. Being named? Thats about the only difference I see. Idk, but Im locking in the theory that Raphael either is or soon becomes a Manus

Black Clover has tons of amazing characters/backstories, with a lot of action. The episodes that don't have action usually progress the story in a meaningful way or are char development moments that get you attached to them even more. I highly recommend it if you can get past the MC screaming every other line. I think it would be a solid replacement. If you wanted something more serious, the Fate series is very deep and political. A lot of intrigue with action and references to tons of people throughout time. History fans love it. Fairy tail is a lot of fun too... Lots of great options tho. Look forward to seeing what you guys pick out :-)

Have you guys seen stein's gate before?

I would recommend "I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince So I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability". Comedic op main character with a bit of a sadistic side and some crazy visuals. Think you guys would like it.

Just for a bit of fun you could watch Hellsing Abridged (probably as patreon only) just to see how many voices you recognize. TFS did not hold back on using their connections to invite VAs, and a surprising number of people went on to professional careers after the series wrapped. Not joking the voice of Nataki Son from fire force, and Momonoskue from One Piece has a.major role. Even the English VA for Mitsui from demon slayer has a minor role. There are also a lot of VAs that chose to work with Team FourStar but remain uncredited for personal reason.

When shizu disappeared my first thought was oogway from Kong fu panda

The dub for this episode than the sub translation

You guys should definitely replace this with The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat. Good show with nice animation and storyline and the new season is coming out so you can continue with that.

Jobless Reincarnation. Alot of people hate on it but god, its really good.

I know your liking "Wrong way to use healing magic" and its a fun romp. Knowing your like that one you may enjoy "Chillin in another world with level 2 cheat powers". It has a fun OP vibe I think you would enjoy.

I am going to miss the slime until next July. I looked it up and it looks like you started your slime journey in November of last year to about 11 months ago. Its been a blast watching you two watch and analyze this remarkable anime. This is the anime that got me to join your patreon and i don't regret it.

the fate/ series. i'd start with fate/zero, then /stay night. /unlimited blade works, /apocrypha, and however many more you want to go through

What was given to Chloe from luminous was what was given to her by Gran aka his ultimate hope

i would like to see yall watch either farming life in another world or unlimited gotcha

Just two things to avoid confusion. First, both True Demon Lords and True Heros are spritual life forms, which is why Chloe can now change her age/appearance at will. Second, Chronoa is the Manas, not Chloe. Yea, the whole things is complicated and has a lot of layers.

Campfire cooking in another world would be a chill next isekai watch

Black clover is a good one and season 2 is just niw coming out!

Side context from LN: Diablo didnt jump back in because he was keeping an eye out for Guy to interfere. ALSO he thought Rimuru wanted shion and ranga to fight to surpass their limits. While ABSOLUTELY wrong, it happened exactly that way in the end anyway 🤣 our delulu primordial demom

Wild last boss appeared! It's a relatively unknown show but they are doing season two now. The story and animation have no business being as good as they are. But it makes sense since it is directed by the same person who did Solo Leveling

God i cant fucking wait til next cour.

WTF you need to pick up a new isakai right away otherwise you wont be an isakai react channel anymore :P Since I dont want any more series dropped Bookworm Spider Classroom of the Elite

if you wanna stay with the isekai genre, I've gotta suggest Re:Zero. If you wanna branch out, Nippon Sangoku has been my hidden gem of 2026

I would recommend Reborn as a Space Mercenary it's just airing for this fall season. And is a SimulDub.

"the cat and the dragon" i think will be fun for you .

So I'm a Spider? So what!? Is a fun cute little non human isekai

Man I really wish you guys could react to Shangri-La Frontier, but I know you can't because of how aggressively the license is protected. Hopefully you will be able to some day. In the meantime though here's some suggestions for future polls: Ascendance of a Bookworm Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, So I'll Max Out My Defense The God of High School Wistoria: Wand and Sword Mashle: Magic and Muscles

Wistoria wand and sword is a good one

chronoa is a manas not chole to make it clear

Chronoa is the manas, not chloe, but it's whatever

Code Geass is the best anime ever with the greatest ending and coolest MC. or Re:zero, thats poppin right now. (if you can get past the MC in the first season)

Great show to replace this with? Well have you heard about Arifu- I mean 86 of course!

Did you notice luminous smirk after leon got scolded by Chloe?😅

Gotta be either The Rising Of The Shield Hero, or Reincarnated As A Sword. Shield Hero has really good world building later on and good action, where as Sword is more action and has a S2 currently airing

Ice blade sorcerer will rule the world just dropped season 2. Good one to check out plus black clover season 2 airing soon as well can’t wait for that reaction

I find the original sub in the conversation between hinata and shizu s little bit better. The dub sadly dont make the mentor - student relation between both as clear as it was in the sub where shizu said it better.

Ths was such a great ride watching you both and following along with this anime. UGH!! I'm not ready for it to be over until next year but when that time comes, It will be an amazing return. We really got an amazing ending (for now) for everyone thus far. I definitely want more Diablo for sure xD

yeah so grans whole thing is he would actually get on with rimuru but rimuru embodies the shift of power in the world and grans whole worry was that humanity wont be able to resist what the monsters and demonlords want, so he wanted to awaken the hero to shift the power balance to give humanity the choice

Im gonna miss Slime fridays so much. I assume cour 3 will be world building in the sense of, we have Leon on our side now, Guy now has interest in Rimuru, Luminous + Hinata + Chloe finally put an end to the never ending time loop (as we know of), and Yuuki has finally openly made himself an enemy of Tempest, Lubelius and the West. So with all of that I feel like the next 12 or maybe even 24 episodes will be planning for the end of the season with the Eastern Empire

I recommend 86. Also October 14 2025 was your first post of season 1 episode 1

Just wanted to put out there that while Raphael and the other Ultimate Skills seem to be named after Angels and Demons from Christianity, Yog-Sothoth is a kind of Time God from H.P. Lovecrafts Lore. You know like Cuthulu and shit.

You should give Code Geass a fair shake. I think Karlii mentioned not liking the MC’s pretentious style, but he’s actually just a flamboyant queen, so disliking him is bigotry ;)

I always feel empty when finishing a season of slime. For a replacement, while not an isekai, i recommend BOFURI, its a VRMMO type and the main character is very likable and absurd like Rimuru. The dub is also peak, with many voices from slime.

Land of the Lustrous

I highly recommend you replace this with Welcome to Demon School Irmua-Kun. (English Dub). There is lots of comedy, and intriguing story, loveable characters, world building. And its got 4 seasons (22-24 episodes all on Crunchyroll roll)

Correction: End of Cour 2. There is a 9 month break before Cour 3 of Season 4. The Season was Blocked Out to Change the Status Quo at every step leading to Season 5, which will cover the final major arc which is a solid 1/4 of the source Material. Note: Things at the infon level get wacky. Space-Time becomes a literal suggestion. Its the reason Shizu's soul is in Rimiru's shared mindscape ability. She was eaten before her soul left. So, her infons are still there somewhere. And she was able to get closure before falling asleep/dead again. Its also the reason when Maria died she was reborn as an information broker in Victorian England, Hinata arrived from the modern era, and then Maria was reborn as Mariabelle, and all 3 lives worth of memories were restored to Maria when she, Gran, and their insect bestie earned the qualifications to leave for the Promised Land. Chronoa is the first Manas in the show too. Raphael is a quasi-sentient skill: that one step below a Manas that Chronoa was before the skill Yog-Sothoth was gained. I bet she's jealous, lmao! My suggestion now that you have some experience with odd mystic mysteries, is Lord of Mysteries. Season 1 is 12 episodes plus a 3pt OVA. The OVA is technically episode 10.5, but was seperated to keep the flow of the first season. Season 2 is next year, but production is already done.

LAST SLIME TIME THIS YEAR 🙏🥲

cour 3 season 4 is coming in 2027 july and the spin off clayman revenge is getting a anime adaption 2027 april

Manas have incredible computational power, giving them the innate ability to freely manipulate infons and exist purely in information form. They do not have their own soul and need a host to house their ego to maintain their existence, either coexisting with them or parasitizing them and chloe is very op and marvelous reaction
