Games That Embarrass The "AAA" Industry (The Jimquisition)

Shall we talk about good games doing good things? Between Borderlands 3 and Code Vein, we have examples of cosmetic rewards and customization done right in the "AAA" space.

With the catalog of Focus Home Interactive games, we have mid-tier games providing complete experiences that the market's been starved of.

These are the titles totally humiliating the "AAA" industry.

Will certainly pick up Code Vein now that I know the character creation is deep and engaging. Thanks for the recommendation, Jim.

I must be a victim of the Mandela effect, because when I last looked around only one good video game was allowed to exist at once. AAA brute squads beat down anyone else with fun ideas!

Great points Jim and it was lovely to see a positive video too. 😃 My wallet does not thank you though. 😂 That's a lot of games to support.

I do love a good (mostly) positive jimquisition. I haven't played any of the borderlands games but this does make it seem like an attractive game to play. Ditto on souls and code vein, the gameplay doesn't seem like my kind of thing, but being able to make my own character I can invest myself in sound cool.

Queue the Youtube comments up for people who only see the title and think Jim is going to shit all over Borderlands 3, and post complaining about "How dare he express an opinion I don't like about a game I spent money on! I Require validation!"
