A Spicy Anthem Hot Take (The Jimquisition)
Anthem is out after months of unenthusiastic quasi-anticipation, and it's all anybody's talking about. Or rather, it would be if it had been good.
Instead, people are focused on everything surrounding Anthem. Controversies, speculations, debates, all of the circus around the game is more interesting than the game itself.
So anyway, let's add our own Anthem hot take, shall we?

I am comforted by the fact that I am not the only one who remembers Kris Kross.
My only question is.... why 'Anthem'? Why call THIS game 'Anthem'? Is there an actual reason it wasn't just called 'Mechsuit rampage' or something?
Because the main antagonist is the Anthem of Creation.
Am I the only one who is burnt on negativity that seeps through the internet? I mean no shade on Jim, and I don't mean that criticism isn't important. Just, the cathartic party dancing around a bonfire of negativity and tearing shit down is wearing me thin. I wish more youtubers balanced out the scandals and vitriol, with some genuine enthusiasm and positivity

What I am expecting is BioWare gets shuttered then, after a few years, it "Reopens" just with no one anyone recognises with Jade Empire 2 as their first project. A nightmare future for us all.
