One piece of feedback on this although It could just be my hearing which is less than fantastic on occasion, with several of the games I struggled to make out what Skeletor was saying.
Huh, kinda wish you did a Jimpressions about "Agony." Then again, that's a censor's nightmare.
He could just blur the entire screen like he's done for some of the weird porny games on Steam in the past.
I assume the only reason <i>Super Seducer</i> is not on the list is because the douche behind it does not deserve even being acknowledged.
The way I see it, La Ruina is such an absurdist punchline of a human being that even the things he creates are incrementally and inevitably more charismatic/likeable/competent/defensible than the man himself. <i>Super Seducer</i> is at least functional, as a "choose your own adventure" FMV title. It has production values of a sort. Function and value. La Ruina can at least aim for those in other aspects of his life!
God, how I forget how much I need your end-of-year worst games lists Jim. Out of all the benighted titles therein, <i>We Happy Few</i> is the most tragic. I wanted to like that game.
I was <em>incredibly</em> disappointed when I saw how heavy it was on survival mechanics in an early build, and it just kept getting more disappointing. Jim really put it best: “a monument to wasted potential.”
Always great work Jim. Here's to 2019 being as least shitty as possible
