I guess rushing the game out got them a fair bit of commercial success, but creatively it's a dump so far.

I was just reminded of Weekend Warrior from the 1990s for the Classic Mac OS, which was a <em>singleplayer</em> gameshow-themed battle game. It was terrible. Don't bother trying getting it to run on a modern system; just watch a let's play.

I don't think anyone's made a game where you set up instant zip lines up and down from places. That could be fun.
