The Jimquisition Game of the Year Awards 2017
This year, SIX games have been selected by your good ol' Jim Sterling as the finest clumps of interactive entertainment released this year.
Big and small, weird and wonderful, Jim Sterling presents the irrefutably BESTEST EVER games of the year... EVER!

My personal game of the year is "Everything" which I played on the PC via Steam. A great sort of philosophical life simulator, nothing that exciting but somewhat enlightning, weird, charming and relaxing. I also would love to put "Bendy and the Ink Machine" there but not all chapters have been released yet. And: I'm very sorry for your loss, Jim :(
I have purchased The Sexy Brutale under advisement. It meets expectations.
Unsurprising list for anyone who follows Jim's stuff. Next week will definitely have Destiny 2 and Battle Front 2. Not sure what the others will be though.
You are mistaken though: Nioh, Sexy Brutale, What Remains of Edith Finch and Nier are all on PC, so it's only 2 exclusives on the list, which is quite alright I'd say. :)
I've genuinely looked forward to this all year. I've never played Nier, but you bet I'm going to get a copy now
Mary Shimscrat Jim.
Also I feel personally attacked at every BOTW jab.
Merry Christmas, Jim..... thank you for an awesome Best Of list and Thank God for You!
Sad to see divinity original sin 2 didn't even touch the list. Granted it isn't really his style of game as far as I'm aware.
I too would say that Divinity Original Sin 2 has gone above and beyond for gameplay experience.
Thank God for you
