The thing about Alien: Rogue Incursion is pretty sad. In VR this became my number 1 immersive game 2 weeks ago. Interacting with the PCs etc. feels so cool, the graphics (on PC with a good card) look and feel fantastic, smoke, lights, old PC screens. Shooting is kinda tactical when the motion sensor goes off. The full body of the main character feels very good. Nice inventory management for a VR game (you can't accidentaly drop your stuff). But it makes sense that it's kinda shit on flat screen without all the interactions, graphics and performance. I guess the very different graphics options are just the PC version and the Quest version. A quest screenshot looked very bad in comparison. And now, this week, the studio (Survios) is closing. I was hoping so much for a Part 2 of this. Guess they tried to earn some money with the flat conversion but it doesn't really make sense. I'm bummed out.
Aaaaand now this episode has been dropped from Spotify too. Has anyone even noticed that the last four episodes have been taken down within days of publishing?
