The Jimquisition: YouTube Needs To Face The Music

The past week and change has been chaotic in certain sectors of videogame YouTube. Copyright strikes, mental health issues, legal trouble and more erupted around the otherwise unassuming shooter, Starr Mazer DSP.

And while anarchy ruled the roost, YouTube itself let it all happen.

The whole "let the community moderate without pay" model SEEMS to have a limited time...at least we can all hope. Meanwhile: Toei Animation keeps striking Team Four Star despite folks like me only spending money on Dragon Ball Z over the last 6 years because of DBZA...

That's how the law is written. And game videos featuring music that wasn't paid for ought to be... But YouTube has taken down artists' own music with spurious claims. Their system is terrible.

Hey, watching the new video and enjoying it so far. I'm sure you've likely heard but there is an actual porn game on Steam, now called House Party. And I'm no prude, but it's pretty horrifying. Would love to see your take or a full story. Love all of your work. Keep it up!

Porn has been on Steam for a while now in the form of VN's. And looking at House Party; it looks no different than Playboy Mansion or Leisure Suit Larry in terms of content. It's just another immature game. Nothing really noteworthy about it.
