Concord - Zero Shooter (Review)

I absolutely detest Concord, and while some of that isn't the game's fault, plenty of it is. Let's talk about a game so insecure about how derivative it is, it made things worse on purpose. CLICK HERE for all of that guff!

They worked on this for eight years. EIGHT. YEARS. Imagine the quality games that they could have devoted that time to instead of a trend chasing live service mess.

Congrats on being one of the top 1000 Concord player By virtue of them not managing 700 concurrent players.

When will AAA studios realise that trend chasing with games like this is riskier than coming up with anything unique?

Even the screenshot for this Patreon post shows how... bland this game is. Beyond the character models, did they run out of every color besides brownish yellow and brown?

The game is weird like that. It *can* be colorful to a degree, but in the most standardized, paint-by-numbers way. They really seem to have thrown as much focus-tested fluff together as possible to try and make it appealing.

Yet another hero shooter. Yawn. I wouldn't have played this even if it was good.
