Don't Debate the Religious Right - A Live Talk
This is a speech I gave at Secular Hub in Denver, CO this summer. I'm very proud of it and intended to post it publicly, but the audio didn't work quite well enough. I'll be giving 3 different talks at the FFRF National Convention this October. This is the one I'm taking to the main stage. Let me know your thoughts so I can fine-tune this talk before the convention!

Congrats on getting the main-stage slot at the FFRF convention. The idea of building more brick-and-mortar humanist spaces in your talk really resonated with me.
I’m so glad you shared this. We need more people being outspoken about this and providing legit examples of how we can start GROWING towards a future that is better for everyone. Socialism > Capitalism. Pluralism > prime nationalism. And yes! We need more brick and mortar humanist spaces!!! A place for community to actually be a community. (Can you imagine if we had 1/2 the number of church builds there are in the states??! 😭 where our kids (or us) could put on adorable little plays and host potlucks! I mean the closet thing to that is UU churches 💕) But my man, you were COOKING during the QA portion 👏🏻 seriously 🤘🏻 very inspiring
