is there anyway to download the game right now or is it still not ready?
You can find the link to the stored files in the welcome note of your subscription tier. (You can find it on the "Membership" page in the top corner of the categories.) There are many independent scene files available for download. If you are referring to the complete game build, it is currently unavailable; please wait for the Steam version.
Will patreon members be able to play the game without the version the publisher forced you to do for steam? I don't want to support it knowing you had to change how to main character looks, and I liked it more before as it fit the monster girl genre when he was smaller.
This means the game will lack publisher support, no language translations, no voice acting, and no gallery room. If you're asking whether such a version exists here, yes, I have it. However, the experience won't be any better than the Steam version.
