Tunnel of the Deep - Phandelver & Below

These three fantasy cave battlemaps expand the depths of Phandelver & Below: The Shattered Obelisk. Together they offer warped tunnels, alien growths, nests, and open chambers built for ambushes, monster hunts, and unsettling exploration.

Behir Lair. Broad caverns, winding passages, colorful fungi, and a vast nest create a lair that feels both natural and strangely claimed. Use the open chamber for a brutal centerpiece fight, while the curling tunnels hide flanking routes and sudden arrivals.

Gibbering Grotto. A huge, red-stained cavern dominates this twisted grotto, framed by narrow bends and quieter side chambers. The central mass makes a disturbing landmark, while the surrounding passages support stalking threats, retreats, and attacks from several angles.

Grell Caves. Root-lined tunnels connect clustered chambers filled with bulbous growths, stone nests, and shadowed ledges. The uneven layout breaks sightlines at every turn, making it ideal for aerial predators, tense searches, and encounters that close in from above.
